I recently visited this location to trade in my lease, and had a great experience! The sales manager Megan reach out about my lease and set my appointment up for me. Eddie greeted me when I walked in and sat me right away. Johan helped with my first round of paperwork and answered all my questions. Veronica and Pete were walking by and noticed me sitting and checked in on me to make sure I was okay and introduced themselves. I also had a great conversation with samiyah, she helped the time fly by! When I was able to see my car Javier took me over to it and Ronnie G explained the interior features and helped me understand every setting. Patrick and Alex saw my giants gear and immediately sparked a conversation. It was great , even though the cowboys stink haha ! Terry finalized my paperwork fast and made it so easy. It felt like I was leaving a friends house when I drove off. I am a general manager for a customer service focused business and I would give this location and all these great people 10 stars !! More
