First of all the sales agent Johan that lied to me should not get credit for this sale, and I want an adjustment for the lease term to be credited back to me because this was what I wanted 36 months and not 39 months. His manager should have rectified this and Mina Suril should has reported that immediately to the sales manger instead of lying to me and told me that you only have either 39 or 42 months lease, so basically both Mina and Johan are in fault. I have lost money in this deal, I want to cancel the lease and finance the car, how can you help me with this issue to rectify your staff mistakes. I can be reached via email or phone
