Top Notch Dealership for Great Service We just bought our second Honda Accord from Valley Honda and this is why... We had our first great car buying experience at this dealership 10 years a We just bought our second Honda Accord from Valley Honda and this is why... We had our first great car buying experience at this dealership 10 years ago. We purchased the extended warranty on our '08 Accord with the promise that if we didn't use it within 8 years, they would return the full cost of the warranty. The car was so well-built that we never needed to do anything other than routine maintenance for those 8 years. They honored their promise, without question, and wrote us a check for $1,500 at the end of 8 years. The service at this dealership is outstanding. I never needed to make an appointment for my car. Anytime I needed the car serviced I just pulled up and they would find a way to get the work done in a timely fashion. The waiting area is clean, comfortable with free WiFi, coffee and tea. Several TVs and available computers to occupy your wait or your children if needed. If I needed a loaner they provided the best one for my needs. Here is the icing on the cake: In year 10 of ownership, I finally had my first problem with my '08 Accord, the piston rings went bad and my car began to misfire. My car was no longer under warranty, remember they wrote us a check for $1,500 2 years prior, yet they offered to do a "good-will" fix. Valley Honda did an extensive repair of the car for a dramatically reduced rate. My '08 Accord was as good as new. It was at this point that I knew I would buy another car from Valley Honda, and so we did. We just purchased our second Accord. We had another great buying experience and look forward to another 10 years of great service from Valley Honda. More

Valley Honda is the place to go. I have been dealing with Nick Theodor for many years now. I like working with him because he knows what I'm looking for, which saves a lot of time go I have been dealing with Nick Theodor for many years now. I like working with him because he knows what I'm looking for, which saves a lot of time going over new car options. It's the only place I know where I can go there and drive off in a new car in about an hour. Everyone there is always helpful, and I go there for all my service as well. There are other dealerships closer to my house, I live in Plainfield, but even with the extra driving, I will get in and out and on my way faster even with the longer drive. I miss Kurt in financing, he was always very pleasant and helpful as well. Everyone at Valley Honda just operates on a higher level than other dealerships I have worked with. I always walk out of their with a good feeling, and like I have just been visiting with friends. I highly recommend both the dealership, and Nick! More

Everything up to the delivery was taken care of through email which saved a lot of time. Cesar always replied in a timely manner to the questions I had. Cesar even made himself available on his day off if I had any further questions. I did not receive that kind of response from other sales people from other dealers. Pricing was also right where I was looking to buy. Additionally they gave my dad a good deal on a new key for his Honda and took care of a recall on his car while we worked on getting the final paper work done. The buying process was an all around great experience. More
