Roland has been excellent when it comes to. customer service. I bought my car weeks ago, but even now I can just text him anytime and gets back with a solution relatively quick. I stumbled upon it when I needed a key programed, and they were This dealership is far from my home, but I will always drive to it for any car needs. I stumbled upon it when I needed a key programed, and they were so welcoming I recently got a car from them. Ramon in the Sales department was exactly the type of person I wanted to a get a vehicle from. He was not pushy, and made me feel comfortable to continue the process. If he was pushy I would have not gotten a car from this dealership. Ramon was in constant communication with me as I prepared to obtain the vehicle. I was preparing to buy it for over two weeks, and he would answer any question that came to mind. I also had my old car serviced while I was going through the new car process, and they are always amazing in that department as well. I will include all the names from all my visits in the last year. Gunner was the service advisor I worked with during this process, and he was nothing short of amazing. He would come to the sales department to discuss what was going on with my old car, and advised me on services perfectly. The only complaint I have with anything is the high priced add-ons for the vehicle. I would have gotten a few if they weren't double Honda's MSRP. More

We narrowed our model selections to the Accord and the CRV. This is where Kevin really shines. He KNOWS the product and was able to explain the MANY features and how they met our criteria. After our test drive we settled on the CRV, the options and the price. The overall experience was rewarding. We were confident that the CRV was the right car for us. More

Top Notch Dealership for Great Service We just bought our second Honda Accord from Valley Honda and this is why... We had our first great car buying experience at this dealership 10 years a We just bought our second Honda Accord from Valley Honda and this is why... We had our first great car buying experience at this dealership 10 years ago. We purchased the extended warranty on our '08 Accord with the promise that if we didn't use it within 8 years, they would return the full cost of the warranty. The car was so well-built that we never needed to do anything other than routine maintenance for those 8 years. They honored their promise, without question, and wrote us a check for $1,500 at the end of 8 years. The service at this dealership is outstanding. I never needed to make an appointment for my car. Anytime I needed the car serviced I just pulled up and they would find a way to get the work done in a timely fashion. The waiting area is clean, comfortable with free WiFi, coffee and tea. Several TVs and available computers to occupy your wait or your children if needed. If I needed a loaner they provided the best one for my needs. Here is the icing on the cake: In year 10 of ownership, I finally had my first problem with my '08 Accord, the piston rings went bad and my car began to misfire. My car was no longer under warranty, remember they wrote us a check for $1,500 2 years prior, yet they offered to do a "good-will" fix. Valley Honda did an extensive repair of the car for a dramatically reduced rate. My '08 Accord was as good as new. It was at this point that I knew I would buy another car from Valley Honda, and so we did. We just purchased our second Accord. We had another great buying experience and look forward to another 10 years of great service from Valley Honda. More
