Jose Garcia was great kept in constant contact with troughout the entire sale process . John Benner went above and beyound to make sure the vehicle was in tip top shape. The finance manager was also great, took his time to explain every step of the way what was taking place. I think you guys just won me over. Thank you for everything you guys did. More

Mike Clark, Paul Sandler, Kori Peterson, Sean Harrington, Matt Aiello and Lucas Septelka are also great to deal with in the service and body shop. It’s always a pleasure to work with the team at Bourne’s. In the five years dealing with Bourne’s, Trey has been the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my life purchasing cars! More

FAST, SIMPLE, EASY SALE! I ran into a tough spot where I needed a Truck. I saw that Bourne's Auto Center was selling a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup. I called ahead and Greg had the p I ran into a tough spot where I needed a Truck. I saw that Bourne's Auto Center was selling a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup. I called ahead and Greg had the pickup waiting for me. I arrived at 1pm, traded in my vehicle, and left the parking lot with the truck at 4pm where it had already been through service. In three hours, I got to test drive the truck, speak with members of the service center about the truck, sat down with Carlos walking out with the financial/warranty package I wanted, and drove away in my new truck CONFIDENT in my purchase. I cannot stress the experience of the staff which leads to absolute convenience to the customer. More

Easiest car buying experience ever! When I unexpectedly had to replace my car, I went to Bourne on the recommendation of a friend. From the first interactions on-line and over the phone When I unexpectedly had to replace my car, I went to Bourne on the recommendation of a friend. From the first interactions on-line and over the phone I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism with everyone I dealt with. At the dealership, Mark arranged for me to drive four vehicles I had chosen on the website. He was very friendly and accommodating. I never felt pressured in any way. I discovered the next day that I had picked out a vehicle that didn't have one of the features I was looking for. I called Mark and he was completely understanding and we made arrangements for me to chose a different car. By the next day, I was in my new car. Bourne's culture is so much different than other dealerships. There is no pressure at all--not even when it comes to adding on warranties. I am very happy with this process and would highly recommend them. More

Easy-going, friendly service, from the very first contact I was searching online for a Subaru Impreza within a certain price range and actually found a few options at different dealers in the area. However th I was searching online for a Subaru Impreza within a certain price range and actually found a few options at different dealers in the area. However the first person to reply to my inquiry was Amy at Bourne. When I heard back from other dealers, they were quite aggressive and immediately trying to obtain my phone number and “sell” to me, however Amy’s tone was friendly and relaxed from the beginning. I had many questions on a Sunday evening (after hours), and she was so quick to reply to my emails that we were almost chatting in real time. Honesty, this initial online correspondence won me over and was the reason I chose to visit Bourne instead of another dealer. When I was greeted by Greg, I received even more of this genuine, friendly, and helpful interaction. Greg answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, but he always emphasized that the choice was up to me, and never once did I feel pressured. This is the first time I’ve bought a car by myself at a dealer (my previous car was purchased privately through a friend), and I was concerned that I might be pressured into making a hasty decision, or that I wouldn’t understand the process, but Greg guided me through everything and answered each question quickly and thoroughly. A special mention goes to John, who patiently and delicately removed my Boston residential parking sticker from my old car, so that I could park on my street when I got home without a ticket! He painstakingly scraped the stubborn stick off in one piece and was careful not to rip it - and the whole time we had a friendly conversation! Honestly, even the smallest, passing interactions I had at Bourne were friendly, and the price was right. The whole process was as smooth and painless as I could have hoped for and I’d recommend the team at Bourne to anyone in the area who is looking for a great vehicle! More
