Hands down this is the best dealership in the state of Florida! I have owned Landover's, Escalades, Lexus, Infinity, BMW & 3 Mercedes from other Mercedes dealerships and not one them can come close to Mer Florida! I have owned Landover's, Escalades, Lexus, Infinity, BMW & 3 Mercedes from other Mercedes dealerships and not one them can come close to Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs. They are professional, caring & honest (which is hard to find in the car industry). The communication from when my truck was entering production to the boat assignment to customs to delivery date was TOP NOTCH!! What I really liked was even the General Manager John Bradley was involved. I will drive from the east coast of Florida to the west coast just to buy my next car from them.
