My Salesman Frank Deluca assisted me every way possible, and has in depth product knowledge which made it easy for me to choose the vehicle for me. He went above and beyond and does this each and every time I send him customers. He is a great person. I was able to meet management at all levels. The store was extremely busy, but each manager came out to speak with me and made certain I was taken care of. They are consummate professionals. The managing partner Ralph Mesa greeted me and spent a tremendous amount of time explaining how important customer service is to him and his staff. To say Phenomenal would be an understatement!
