New Car Sales Review in Spring/Summer, 2019 I ordered a 2020 GLS450 and a 2020 AMG GT63 4 Door Coupe from the factory from a salesman who then left the dealership before e in Spring/Summer, 2019 I ordered a 2020 GLS450 and a 2020 AMG GT63 4 Door Coupe from the factory from a salesman who then left the dealership before either car was delivered. The salesman that took over my account, Doug Siegel, was attentive and responsive to my inquiries. When the GLS was delivered it came with different wheels than the one's I had ordered and John Bradley, the sales manager, offered to replace the wheels at no charge, or else give me a discount. I appreciated his offer and chose the discount. John is a very accommodating professional and a credit to the dealership. When both cars were finally delivered, the product concierge, Mark Bradberry, was very helpful in explaining the operation of the technological functions to both my wife and myself - he made it very clear that if we needed follow-up instruction he would be more than happy to again meet with us. My wife has done that and will go back for a third time. if I had to state one constructive criticism it would be that the staff could improve their communications on when factory-ordered cars will ACTUALLY be delivered. Both cars are fantastic and, overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I will not hesitate to recommend MB of BS to my friends. - Doug W, Naples More
