The service associate made sure to address all of my concerns. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When I brought my car in, I also mentioned the seat ventilation was being very noisy concerns. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. The service associates looked into it and quickly replaced the motor and compared the new, quieter sound it was making to the passenger side. By comparison the passenger side was significantly louder. They went ahead and replaced that motor as well. Really great customer experience! More
