I was at a peculiar situation. Mandatory 12 hour shifts because of Covid. I was able to locate my Challenger on the South Oak website from another state. John was able to work with me by phone intermittent because of Covid. I was able to locate my Challenger on the South Oak website from another state. John was able to work with me by phone intermittently throughout my shift to get me out into the car of my dreams. My grandson and I went to the dealership to pick it up then onto Minnesota to be with other family members. It was a very special time with my grandson. John also new that I am recovering from a brain injury and was very thorough with me. It was a great experience! More

Mr. John Buchanan is so dope.!! I spoke with him on the phone about a month before I came in and was reminded of his professionalism. When my car broke down I immediately thought of called and set an appoi phone about a month before I came in and was reminded of his professionalism.
