I previously looked at another dealer and it took about 2 hours to even get to the point that John got me to in about 15 minutes. I came in a few days later and signed a few papers with Mike Niedzwiecki and I was off. I will never buy a car from anyone except John at BMW of Westlake because of how hassle free both of my experiences have been. They explained every single detail of my car without it being to tedious. If you ever need a car from BMW stop at John's desk first, my family has bought cars from him for 20 years and we will not see anyone else! More
