My sales associate Bill Hinton was approachable, knowledgeable, professional and made the entire experience as stress free as possible when doing a transaction of great importance as well as high value. Also, the back office experience with Becky Kosar was just as professional and got a fair judgement on my return vehicle from John Cavanaugh. I was very specific what I wanted and Bill and John did an extensive search and found just what I was looking for. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I do have a comparative. I use to lease from Manhattan BMW and there actually is no comparison, Flemington is by far a more professional, less rushed and a seamless experience. After the transaction was done I think it was a fair one on both sides. Will definitely return in 2017 to replace my wife's X3 with an upgrade and will look forward to working with the Flemington Team again. Highly, highly recommended with no qualification! More
