They were very patient with us as they took the time to understand our specific requirements, price-point and timeline in getting the new vehicle. After a few weeks searching, they were able to locate the right car at the right price and I appreciate all the hard work they did for us. Unfortunately, I then met with another person at the dealership that was aggressively selling me a very expensive extended warranty that I really did not want or thought I needed. I was not prepared for this at all as I was expecting to sign the papers and leave. I really don't like to be put in that position and won't let it happen again. I do not remember this any other time when purchasing vehicles from this quality group of dealerships in Flemington. That situation aside, I was pleased with the salespeople at the dealership and am glad they were able to get us the car we wanted. I would gladly recommend them to others looking for a BMW as they did a really good job for us. More

I was moving forward with another car from another BMW dealership before I met Scott, but it didn't have everything I wanted since they didn't have it on the floor. I felt that person was trying to just make another transaction and was a little pushy. Then I was introduced to Scott, and didn't think twice. I told him what I was looking for, and he surpassed my expectations. Craig and John also helped a great deal! Scott even delivered my car right to my office and drove my old car back just so I wasn't inconvenienced. Truly a five star experience! More

Best way to start the weekend!! This was my first time purchasing a BMW. I got the 535i and I am incredibly impressed, not only with the vehicle, but with the service as well. Scott was with me for 10 hours helping me make the decision and purchase. He never lost his bearing and even stayed 3 hours late to help me learn the ins and outs of my new car!! That man is a gentleman and a scholar! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great ride, amazing service, and a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. I'm a happy camper with my gorgeous X3! This is the second pre-owned BMW that we've purchased from Scott Smith at Flemington BMW. We purchased a beautiful gray X5 for my hubby a few years b This is the second pre-owned BMW that we've purchased from Scott Smith at Flemington BMW. We purchased a beautiful gray X5 for my hubby a few years back, and now I have a gorgeous white X3. Both transactions have been so streamlined and easy! Our daughter just got her driver's license, so we were thinking a third family car would be very helpful. We made our rounds at the Flemington dealers on a Saturday and that following Friday (6 days later!) we drove away with our third car! The amazing thing is that the car we purchased wasn't even in stock at the time. But Scott keeps in touch with his customers and he knew of a particular customer who had been wanting to trade in her car, and it turned out to be perfect timing for us as well. When things work out so easily I call it Divine Timing. Also it helps when you have a team of competent people who are ready to work with you and make things happen. Thanks for a second successful transaction with you, Scott! And thanks to Jan Michael Blakley, John Cavanaugh and Byron Brisby Jr. for your help as well. It takes a village. :) More

The infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW Once again, the infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW ceases to amaze me. Less than five days ago I owned a 2008 BMW X3 and now I'm driving in a new Once again, the infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW ceases to amaze me. Less than five days ago I owned a 2008 BMW X3 and now I'm driving in a new 2014 X3. Scott had previously sold me my first BMW three years ago and my warranty started to creep up to the last covered month, so I knew that I needed to go back to Scott. However, I put so much mileage on the car (because I love driving it) the value ended up being less than what I owed on it. But I need not fear - because Scott knew someone who was interested in buying a used X3. I received a phone call from Scott on a Sunday and drove away with my new car that Friday! He even parked them next to each other so the cars could "bond." Upon delivery of my 2014 X3 Scott went through all the technical details of the car with me before I drove away including setting up my Sirius Radio, which I received free for one year, as well as setting up my BMW assist. Scott has gone out of his way TWICE for me and I really can't say enough good things about him as a salesperson and the fact that he's just a really great guy with a funny sense of humor too!  The warranty program from BMW and the Flemington BMW Service center is unlike any other dealership I have been to as they are simply put, exceptional! Thank you to everyone at Flemington BMW with a special thanks to Scott Smith, John Cavanaugh, and Jan-Michael Blakely.  More

Outstanding product knowledge & customer service I had been researching a variety of vehicles to replace my 10 year old and outdated Cute-ute. I realized from web research that one of the only vehicles that came close was the X1. Walked into Flemington BMW and realized that the inventory of X 1 and other models was excellent and realized a great deal when I saw one that had great value for me. The salesperson had great people skills and outstanding product knowledge. We were off to the races. I'm very pleased that I found Bill Hinton and Flemington BMW. Nice experience all the way around. More
