The service of the oil change and looking at the issue was great however John was very cocky and seemed to want to tell me I was wrong with what the problem was. Funny, the same problem with the seat belt warning light and sound going off keeps happening even after BMW checked it. I explained it’s the seat I’m in while driving. He told me not to have my purse or phone cord on the seat. I followed those directions and it happened again. I would not return to work with John again. That is why I gave it 3 stars. More

At 7:30 AM, there were 3 service writers on duty so I had no wait. My wife has a Ford and there you could wait 10 to 15 minuted just to get waited on, if you are lucky.
