We purchased a car from INFINITI of KC and really couldn't be happier with the process and the dealership. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. We called ahead and Robert answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Once we arrived, Todd helped us with the sale and we made it clear we were on a tight timeline; he did everything he could to make sure we were out the door on time without feeling rushed. He also followed up in the following days in case anything came up after the fact (it didn't but the follow up calls were appreciated!). John in financing was really great at explaining everything and making sure the details were right as we were trading in a car from a different state. Overall we were super happy with our experience and would definitely buy from them in the future. More

Ramez Zaky met us at the door with a smile and a positive attitude. He asked us what we were looking for, we told him, and he got to work right away. We needed a cheap new car for our daughter who is startin attitude. He asked us what we were looking for, we told him, and he got to work right away. We needed a cheap new car for our daughter who is starting college at UMKC this Fall and needed payments as low as possible. We were trying to secure a Nissan Versa that was enroute but the management team came up with a Nissan Kicks on a Lease. We know they had to go to bat for us with Nissan to get this deal through but they prevailed. We love the car and a payment that is very manageable for our daughter. Thought it was out of reach for our budget but the entire Sales and Management team made it happen. We had 3 young kids with us and they were busy in the kids lounge. The Finance Manager, John Cuezze, was the icing on the cake. Everyone went above and beyond and we cant be happier. We will be going back and inviting all our friends who need a car. Highly recommend! More

The team at Infinity/Nissan of Kansas City was fantastic to work with. As a first time car buyer from a dealership, the service was second to none. All the individuals I worked with were friendly and happy to work with. As a first time car buyer from a dealership, the service was second to none. All the individuals I worked with were friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Their responses to emails were well crafted and they were always quick to respond. The fact a dealership in 2023 is willing to work with the customer and not mark-up vehicles well beyond MSRP should be celebrated! Whether you're a car enthusiast or just looking to get a new car, this should be your first stop, as it's likely to be your last. The team at Infinity/Nissan of Kansas City has my deepest gratitude.
