This matter was not handled right and that’s what irritates me the most. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I don’t think I ever have but honestly from the lack of genuine care for your clients and a tricky situation with a defective vehicle. It really should’ve been handled much better. No call from a manager, no call from the salesman the only one who would take my call is the service manager who was working on the vehicle and he had no choice but to take my call. In short, that is horrible customer service, especially from someone who lives and dies by customer service in my industry.
