Even well before my car arrived, John was very helpful in answering questions and finding information for me. I recognize that Ford is using a new "model" for how this car is marketed and sold to customers, and John was good at navigating the new approach on my behalf. Anthony was helpful in getting the tech set up on delivery day. Jerry made a great first impression in helping me with a couple of service items. I've been a customer at another make's dealership for about 20 years, so I'm new to AH Ford. So far, I feel it's going to be a good relationship. More
