I arrived at about 9:30 for my 11:00 appointment, one of the gentlemen stopped and asked me what I was there for, I told him for the recall on the passengers airbag, he told me to pull right in, I went to the gentlemen stopped and asked me what I was there for, I told him for the recall on the passengers airbag, he told me to pull right in, I went to check in with John I gave him my name and he pulled up all my information, printed it out and me sign and he asked me if I was waiting, I told him know asked John if he would call me, said no problem it should be done before noon, he called around 10:15, said I would be right there, he told me to see the lady to my left , I gave her my name, she gave me my keys and I was on my way, everything went very smooth. More

Service manager was not friendly, kept saying they were too busy to update me on my car repair. Crazy grinding sounds coming from my car after I got it back.
