From the initial referral process with John Rebello putting us into contact with the dealer to Will Virella the sales consultant sitting in the truck with us to make sure we knew about all the features. They even put up with me when I changed my mind the next day and wanted a different truck from another ferman dealer. We were in and out in under 2 hours and couldn’t be happier. Special shout out to Scott Poth the business manager as well. He helped close the financing and again never felt any pressure to buy anything extra.
