Waste of time I had an appointment at 3:30pm for a diagnosis. I gave my car and was told it would be about 1 hour. I waited at the dealership until about 5pm when I I had an appointment at 3:30pm for a diagnosis. I gave my car and was told it would be about 1 hour. I waited at the dealership until about 5pm when I asked about my car to find they have not even moved it from the spot I dropped it off! The people were not friendly nor helpful. I was told before coming in that I wouldn't be charged, to only find out that there is a $112 fee. Nothing good I can say about this place sadly. More

People are great, they seem to really try. I have a problem and the unit has been in for numerous times. It isn't that they aren't trying to rectify the pro are great, they seem to really try. I have a problem and the unit has been in for numerous times. It isn't that they aren't trying to rectify the problem, they have given me loaner cars after loaner cars, while they addressed the problem. As of now it is still not fixed. I am now driving with they call a "Flight Recorder" attached to the unit. I am to return Friday (4/19) and I guess they then look at the data. They have been in touch with their Tech people etc. and I guess that is where the last step came from. I just lent my car to a family member without saying a word of the problem and they too, noticed it. More

Horrible Wasn’t treated fair at all... service report wasn’t explained to me, tires were at 2/32 and they told me they were at 7/32... I work at a service cent Wasn’t treated fair at all... service report wasn’t explained to me, tires were at 2/32 and they told me they were at 7/32... I work at a service center and know the trick they played. When i first entered, there were 5 service associates that ignored me and continued to converse amongst themselves. I was standing for 5 minutes before being noticed by a customer and then they all still said they didn’t want to take it in. There were individuals of different ages and races that came in without an appointment that were acknowledged and treated well. They were welcomed with enthusiasm and that wasn’t the case for me. I was due for a fuel system and they didn’t know anything about mileage service intervals. They marked fluids needed attention on the paper and failed to discuss that with me. I went to another dealer and they told me all my fluids look excellent. I drove all the way from Brandon, an hour and a half away because I enjoyed the service my first time. However, I will never return. I feel I was stereotyped by age, gender, and race. More
