I've been with Lexus since 2003. I love the brand, and the vehicles are among the best ever made. I've owned four, and my oldest son drives one as well. There isn't a better car on the road. I love my job at the dealership. I love to share the ownership experience with my guests. Friendly the moment we entered the dealership parking lot. Mr Percell Scott greeted us as we noticed a new Lexus on the lot. The process of buying does take a bit of time, however we were well treated an lot. Mr Percell Scott greeted us as we noticed a new Lexus on the lot. The process of buying does take a bit of time, however we were well treated and the whole transaction was pleasant. Scott got us through the process and thanked us for allowing him to serve our needs. We met so many different employees and all of the staff was kind and courteous. We’ve dealt with this dealership before on our previous Lexus and knew we would return to buy another Lexus once the time came. Definitely recommend Percell Scott and the whole dealership if you’re in the market for a new or used car. More

From our first meeting, we were disarmed by her natural personality. We felt like the process of purchasing a new vehicle was going to be seemless. Virginia listens. She isn’t pushy, and she located just the Lexus 350 I’d hoped for. She knows the technology of a Lexus inside and out, and better yet, she has the gift of being able to teach what she knows to a new owner. We’re very pleased with the way Lexus and Virginia handled the whole car buying process. When we were handed off to Mandy Patterson for finalizing the contract, even though the sun was setting, she explained every form, helped us decide which service packages were best for us, and made signing easy.
