Greg’s customer service focus and overall knowledge of the VW inventory was superior. Furthermore, Greg’s approach forged a trust relationship, and I was certain I wanted to do business with him right from the get-go. Customer service was the #1 deciding factor in my decision to buy at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford as there was NO OLD-SCHOOL SALES GAMES. Although I had never owned an VW, my independent research, along with a strong idea of what I was looking for in an SUV, combined with Greg’s customer service approach . . . I did all the financing work to negotiate an approval while they ignored me thinking it wasn’t worth their time. I got the deal done myself! They gave a xxxxty price for our trade in and did not mark one while they ignored me thinking it wasn’t worth their time. I got the deal done myself! They gave a xxxxty price for our trade in and did not mark one dollar off the car. Why did we continue on to purchase the car??? My husband just loved it! I don’t recommend VW Medford at all!!!! Go where you are appreciated and valued. On the day we went to pick up the car, the sales person was so butt hurt about comments I made about closing the deal myself, he didn’t even greet me, shook my husbands hand while totally ignoring me. Still slacking on registering the car, ordering an extra key and getting the sticker! Horrendous experience!!! More
