Just genuine professional service people. Robert Guinn is a real asset to have as a service writer, always spot on, no nonsense. A pleasant surprise. I purchased my F150 King Ranch here, it was the service staff that impressed me, and not forgetting the salesman John McVay, who was easy to work with we searched all over to find exactly what I wanted, and had it on the lot ready to go within 24 hours. Not to go too far, I have been a Ford fan since 1970 when I got my first one, I have found few dealers that are at the standard of Ferman Ford. Enough said..
