This is the best dealer of which 7 others that i shopped for my new 2012 Honda Pilot. Also, John Medrano is the BEST sales consultant that I met with and I rate him as a very good sales man with lots of goo for my new 2012 Honda Pilot. Also, John Medrano is the BEST sales consultant that I met with and I rate him as a very good sales man with lots of good attitude, politeness, very customer friendly, knowledgeable and I wish him the success in his career. I almost went on 7 other dealers and dealt with 7 other sales person before buying pilot in DCH Paramus. Few other sales person were not polite and got frustrated when i pressed them more on negotiation but John is very patient and always wanted to cut the deal both in favor of customer and DCH which i liked it. I should mention about Ruben - Finance Manager as well, he is also very customer friendly and helped to get finance for my pilot. Overall, I had great buying experience with DCH paramus Honda with good price and happy about it. More

John Medrano put down his breakfast immediately upon seeing us by the coffee corner in the showroom during our 1st visit. We had a wonderful time working with John Medrano in ordering and getting our new 2011 CR-V EX-L 4WD with navigation with the best price. He worked very hard to get us the vehicle in no time. Yes John I knew it was a tad bit difficult dealing with a perfectionist. During the entire process John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about, He work really hard in meeting my expectations as well as achieving his objective simultaneously. Berrio i had prior experiences with dealers and they were not that great and it wasnt for prices it was because of their lack of interest from them to help me getting a car. at DCH honda John Medrano was excellent his patience was more than i ever expected, he work really hard to meet my needs and offer me what i asked for and not what he wanted to get a sale. during the process i was nervous but he did all he could to make me understand that there was nothing to worry about, he work out my case working nonstop since we got there until we left he was the best...... one of the things that made me happy the most, it was when i got the car keys, me and my boyfriend were so happy and guess what John Medrano looked as happy as us, that showed me that he felt our happiness and he felt good when he saw that all his work was not in vain. sometimes dealers forget that for some people having the car they love is like a dream come truth and if the sales people are mean or not into meeting the needs of the buyer, the dream can easily become a nightmare.... that was not my case I THANK GOD FOR PROVIDING ME THE MONEY AND SECOND TO JOHN MEDRANO FOR MAKING MY DREAM COME TRUTH... from my heart i recommended JOHN MEDRANO as your sales consultant if you are looking for a car i guarantee you will not find one like him.
