Very good experience John Mitchell was our Salesperson and was fabulous—very responsive and accommodating, no pressure or BS. We liked a specific used car but it had 2 min John Mitchell was our Salesperson and was fabulous—very responsive and accommodating, no pressure or BS. We liked a specific used car but it had 2 minor issues that he made sure got completely resolved. The 3 yr old car looked brand new when we drove it off the lot! All the other staff—including those not even involved in our purchase, were great, too. Each time we came every salesperson we walked by gave us a warm hello. Even as we were sitting at John’s desk, one offered us bottled water; when I was leaving after the purchase one got me a bag of popcorn. Contrast this with Boch Honda: I sat there at Boch for 1/2 hour waiting for my salesperson and every staffer who walked by me wouldn’t even make eye contact. I felt invisible and our family has never gone back (that was 3 car purchases ago). So if other dealers are reading this and wonder...the answer is yes, friendliness and courtesy by everyone at the dealership matter and affects future business. The Business Office tried hard to sell us an Extended Warranty, but that’s to be expected anywhere. More
