Jaqueline was good until communication fell apart after the car arrived. The finance manager was lazy. There should be no reason why it would take him several days to draft a cash sale. Even after I ask to the car arrived. The finance manager was lazy. There should be no reason why it would take him several days to draft a cash sale. Even after I ask to have paper ready for when I arrive he has not even started on it. Not sure if the general manager was trying to sell the car to someone else but he definitely was trying to make it hard. The tech guy was supposed to contact us from an demonstration of the car still have not heard from him. Not a good experience over all. More

This is my third vehicle that I've purchased from Vonce and each experience has been an absolute pleasure. Vonce is incredibly knowledgeable of each of the Land Rover vehicles. I've given Vonce a run for and each experience has been an absolute pleasure. Vonce is incredibly knowledgeable of each of the Land Rover vehicles. I've given Vonce a run for his money on each of the deals and he has been nothing but absolutely professional each and every time. He is very courteous of my time and has gotten, what I feel, has been the best deal available in the market at that time. I would recommend Vonce and the Zeigler Schaumburg team 100% for any new or used Land Rover product. I have a Land Rover dealer in near the town in which I live, but I choose to drive four hours to work with Vonce directly. Vonce is a huge asset to the Zeigler team! More

Saleman Ronnie is horrible in returning calls and does not answer questions. I purchased a vehicle online and he doesnt deserve any commission since he did nothing. I recieved the car today and driver sid not answer questions. I purchased a vehicle online and he doesnt deserve any commission since he did nothing. I recieved the car today and driver side tail light is not working and there is a letter missing in the rear emblem of the car. I spend over $34k on 2019 and that vehicle should of been looked over.
