Worked with Ted Harris and John Newman on a special order F150. Yes it took a while due to chip shortages and plant shut downs, but both of them kept me informed throughout the journey. I have been purchasing cars here for many years now, and have been working with John, Shane and Ted the entire time. Once again i drove up from Illinois and was greeted like a friend and not just another cu have been working with John, Shane and Ted the entire time. Once again i drove up from Illinois and was greeted like a friend and not just another customer. I was able to test drive the used Ford C max on both the interstate and local roads. John was able to handle all questions asked. When it came time to work on the price i was able to be involved in the entire process, not waiting in a cubicle for an answer. As the finance and paperwork was being prepared John took care of preping the car for delivery. Shane then worked it out so it could be delivered to me the next day (i did not have a way to drive two), they brought it to me by 10:00am the next morning. No high pressure sales and always treat you like a friend. More
