Victor was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Made me feel like my car and I were going to be well taken care of. I usually am nervous with auto service places because they can't wait to rip you off or give you a laundry list of things needed to be done to the car and spend $, but this was not the case at all. After my 30,000 mile service Victor left me a detailed message that everything went well and there were no concerns to report. When I picked up my car he had left for the day, but John happily stepped in and gave me the same great service. He answered all questions and concerns I had and I really appreciated the service these two gents gave me. My first experience makes me want to give Elk Grove Toyota all of my future business. I hope the service will always be this way. Thanks guys! More
