Elk Grove Toyota has such a good service department. From the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is thei the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is their first priority. Took my Prius for an oil change, went to pay and learned they changed my engine and cabin air filters without my permission. I didn't approve and didn't want.
