"TUCSON SUBARU - ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER"
I STARTED MY CAR SEARCH BY DOING MY RESEARCH THROUGH CONSUMER REPORTS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINITY FX35 SUV. I NARROWED MY SEARCH DOWN TO 4 THAT I FELT BEST FIT MY NEEDS AND WERE TOP RUNNERS IN THE CONSUMER REPORTS STUDIES. I DROVE EACH CAR I WAS CONSIDERING AND WEIGHED MY OPTIONS CAREFULLY. THE CARS I TESTED INCLUDED THE TOYOTA PRIUSV HYBRID, MAZDA CX-5, SUBURU CROSSTREK HYBRID AND THE SUBARU FORESTER. MY FINAL CHOICE WAS THE 2015 SUBURU FORESTER 2.5i LIMITED MODEL. I LOVE THIS CAR! NOT ONLY DOES IT HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES I WANTED INCLUDING LEATHER SEATS, POWER DRIVER SEAT, NAVIGATION, POWER REAR DOOR, MOON ROOF, BUT IT HAS THE NEW EYESIGHT DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEM WHICH BRINGS SAFETY TO A NEW LEVEL. I FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR! I LOVE THE WAY IT DRIVES AND THE VISIBILITY IS FAR BETTER THAN ANY CAR I'VE EVER DRIVEN. I WAS WORRIED GOING FROM LUXURY TO A MORE ECONOMICAL CAR WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME, BUT I AM GETTING MUCH MORE FOR MY MONEY AND AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THIS CAR HAS JUST AS MUCH LUXURY FOR ABOUT $10,000 LESS THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR A NEW INFINITY.
EVEN THOUGH I HAD DECIDED ON THE FORESTER, I WAS WILLING TO WALK IF I DIDN'T FEEL SATISFIED WITH THE FINAL DEAL. I HAD SEVERAL OTHER OPTIONS THAT I WAS CONSIDERING, BUT I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THE FORESTER WORK. AFTER A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF NEGOTIATION I GOT THE DEAL I WANTED AND AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I GOT A FAIR TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY INFINITY AND THEY DISCOUNTED THE PRICE OF THE CAR ENOUGH TO HIT MY GOAL FOR FINANCING. EVERYONE I WORKED WITH AT TUCSON SUBARU WAS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND WORKED HARD TO GIVE ME THE DEAL I WANTED. IT TRULY WAS AN EASY AND FAST EXPERIENCE. MY SALES PERSON - KEVIN WOESSNER WAS THE BEST. I LOVED HIS NO PRESSURE, GOOD LISTINER APPROACH AND HE REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS GETTING AND HOW IT COMPARED TO OTHER MODELS I WAS CONSIDERING. I WANT TO POINT OUT HE DIDN'T JUST TALK THE DIFFERENCES HE SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENCES BY GOING ONLINE AND PROVING HIS POINTS. I TRUSTED HIM FROM THE BEGINNING AND HE IS PART OF THE REASON I FINALLY WENT WITH TUCSON SUBARU. MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRACI IN FINANCE WAS GREAT AS WELL, SHE HELPED ME COME TO SOME GOOD DECISIONS ON EXTRA WARRANTY AND PROTECTION OPTIONS BY WORKING WITH ME TO UNDERSTAND MY PAST CAR HISTORY AND WHAT MADE THE MOST SENSE FOR ME.
END OF THE DAY I RATE MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE A 5 OUT OF 5. I LOVE MY NEW CAR AND REALLY APPRECIATE THE FOLKS AT TUCSON SUBARU.
"Our Third Subaru - Best Experience So Far"
Our first Subaru was purchased in Pittsburgh, PA, (2005) our second in Tucson through Emich (2008) and our third yesterday at Tucson Subaru. All in all, Alan Ferlan, with the negotiating guidance of John Petersavage, made this last experience the most satisfying of all. Even though it took us basically the entire day to ask our endless barrage of questions and decide between Wonderful Outback A and Wonderful Outback B, Alan was consistently patient, upbeat and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the price of our new vehicle and feel as though the Tucson Subaru team will be available to answer and questions and address any needs that may arise. In addition, Traci Roberts was superb in her financial explanations and suggestions as we applied for our loan. Honestly, everyone we came in contact with was just terrific.
