The customer service has been excellent, John was phenomenal to work with, and everything was done expediently and with respect. I never felt any pressure to buy or to be upsold, and the pricing was very reasonable. The car I was purchasing had not even been seen by service yet, and even after I agreed to the price the service department opted to do numerous service repairs on the vehicle (such as new brake pads) to ensure the vehicle left the lot in pristine condition for me. I would recommend John and Subaru of Jacksonville to anyone, and this will absolutely be my first stop when it’s time to upgrade our other vehicle. More
