Instead, they owned up to it and are, of course, fixing it. More

Unprofessional and belittling Client Advisor John Redden promptly followed up with me via email after I inquired about a car on their website. After obtaining more information abou Client Advisor John Redden promptly followed up with me via email after I inquired about a car on their website. After obtaining more information about the car, I did some research on the market value of the specs of this car and followed up with him with an offer. His reply was curt and unprofessional, passively suggesting I was ignorant. Perhaps my offer was low but that's why you negotiate, right? There's too much inventory of (and too many other BMW dealers offering) the particular car I'm looking for to make it worth working with someone so rude. More

Throughout that entire time I was treated with respect and never pressured to purchase a car. I knew that I would be buying a car from him once I found It though. He was a pleasure to work with and is always available for any questions. As for the rest of the dealership, it is kept clean and has all of the comforts you would expect. The staff were great from the genius Nate through the sales manager Jared to the finance manager Mike. I'm looking forward to enjoying my M3 and working with the service staff to keep it perfect. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in aquiring a new BMW. More

It was my first BMW. But John made it pretty easy for me. He showed me all the options which could fit in my choice and helped me to make my decision. Initially, the conversation was not that good, but later on it was really good. I had one small issue with my lease agreement, the model number of my car was not listed correct. But, that was corrected next day when i pointed that out. Overall, i was satisfied with my buying experience. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Good Job John. More
