He even drove to the Audi dealership to pick me up after I dropped off my leased car. There were no surprises with the transaction and no undue pressure from Mike in Finance to purchase any add-ons that weren't needed. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and I would do so again even though this was a 2 hour drive for me to get there from Columbus. More

I was dreading the process of trading a vehicle and negotiating a price on the new vehicle but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. John Redden was my salesperson and he could not have been nicer. His colleague, Howard, was also helping out with information he could provide. Neither one were aggressive or pushy and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. From the salespeople all the way up to the manager (Bob Strecker), each was extremely nice and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good things about how warm and pleasant they all were! I highly recommend BMW of Westlake! More
