Bought a new BMW in May of 2025 and had a great experience. I worked with John Redden and would strongly recommend working with him. He was patient and knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. One thing I really appreciated was that he himself is a long-term BMW driver and so was able to share practical pros/cons of different vehicles as I was deciding between an SUV and sedan.
