Everyone in showroom took plenty of time to review my preferences, test drive a few cars and ask questions. Very relaxed atmosphere. My car was ready when I needed it next day. Bought a new BMW in May of 2025 and had a great experience. I worked with John Redden and would strongly recommend working with him. He was patient and knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. One thing I really appreciated was that he himself is a long-term BMW driver and so was able to share practical pros/cons of different vehicles as I was deciding between an SUV and sedan. The dealership tried to deliver my car with a proper level of training for a new owner. BMW for what ever reason decided not to include an owners manual with the vehicle. In addition only one key fob wa level of training for a new owner. BMW for what ever reason decided not to include an owners manual with the vehicle. In addition only one key fob was given to us. I believe that we have all had an occasion when we have misplaced one of our sets of keys. No problem as now your phone can be used to open and start your car. The only problem is that the software is not without its glitches. This is not the dealers fault but it is an issue for BMW. More
