I spoke with Jeff Mann in fall 2021 about a Wrangler and he gave me a wealth of knowledge. Fast forward to August 2022, my finances have improved, I’m ready to buy. Kyle worked with the dealership to get a great trade in on my Fiat that has some electrical and aesthetic problems, although the engine is fine. I ordered a MY23 Jeep Wrangler 4xe through Kyle very easily on 8/12/22. The Inflation Reduction act was signed on 8/16, I read it at work with my coworkers 8/17-8/18, and on 8/18 figured out I need to act quickly to capitalize on the tax credit, as my MY23 may not be delivered in 2022, thus losing at least $3,750. I called Kyle, he moved my allocation to one of their only in-stock MY22 4xes, explained how my deposit would be transferred, etc. and by 3 pm on 8/20, I had the new Jeep in my hands. I was trying to finance through my credit union, and there were your run-of-the mill miscommunications about where my CDI discount would be, total price of vehicle, trade-in value, etc. Kyle made a typo on the trade-in, I asked for clarification, and he corrected it immediately. John Sawson, one of the finance managers at the dealership, worked with Kyle and I. I tried to close on Friday, 8/19, but couldn’t because of a downpayment miscommunication. John and Kyle called me at 5:30 on Friday to explain, and let me know that John would be out and Kyle would be in the following day (Saturday). Come Saturday, I call my bank before dealership opens, get the ball rolling. The bank’s underwriters capped my amount based on my lack of loan history (I am 23, never had a loan). The capped loan amount+ my max downpayment was about $10k short of money the dealership needed. I got my cashier’s check with downpayment and headed to dealership. Kyle then busted his xxx with the finance manager to close the deal. Sure, I got a higher APR than my credit union, but my car is on its last limbs. If that thing blows in 2 months, I’m SOL. I was busting xxx to buy the vehicle ASAP for 1) tax credit and 2) make sure no one else got it. Kyle busted his xxx and understood that I was doing the same. He worked with me and understood my needs. He communicated as best as he could. He filled up my jeep and charged it to full before I got there. I don’t plan on repeating this stressful process very often, especially because a Wrangler has been my dream since I was a kid. Kyle knew that, especially as a Wrangler owner himself. There were kinks that had to be worked out. Buying a car is the second biggest purchase an American makes in their life. Kyle could see my stress and recognize it. He did his best, and I walked out with a xxxx good deal, ESPECIALLY in today's market. If I EVER hear a friend desiring a Wrangler, I’m sending them to Kyle. Kyle’s support team, in Monique, John, Marty, Jeff, and even another salesmen named Cooper that I small-talked with, were excellent. shopping at Golling was a fantastic experience and I will speak honestly about how I was treated. 10/10. Not sure what could have been done better, because everything moved as fast as it could, and the people understood my urgency and needs. More

Just walking into the dealership, I was warmly greeted by the staff and asked how they could help. It is an up to date and spotless place along with friendly employees. I've leased cars my whole life and this was my first experience with Golling and it was by far the easiest and best experience I've ever had. Tyler and team were prompt and educational.
