Great customer service, we didn’t know exactly what we wanted, but our sales rep Chris Chiartas, was happy to talk us through all of our options. North Penn Mazda was a very professional and courteous place to buy my first Mazda. As a woman on her own it was a great experience. I didn’t feel intimidated or anything. I had made an appointment for a place to buy my first Mazda. As a woman on her own it was a great experience. I didn’t feel intimidated or anything. I had made an appointment for a test drive and everything was ready for my appointment. There was no pressure at any time. I had the opportunity to work with Tim Sheehan who is a fantastic professional. He made feel feel right at ease through out my car purchase. North Penn Mazda is also a beautiful dealership with many cars to choose from. They have a really cool customer lounge with beverages and snacks. At one point I felt light headed from low blood sugar and Tim was a gentleman who brought me over a couple snacks to help me feel better. Please see Tim and the rest of the staff. They will make you feel right at home as you get to see their inventory available for your purchase. More

Disappointed this time around. Our Sales Rep was quite rude when we decided not to buy the vehicle. We changed our mind and did get the vehicle a couple of days later, but despite Our Sales Rep was quite rude when we decided not to buy the vehicle.
