I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

Crown Acura is key to Brand Loyalty Dan Morris sold me my 1st Acura over 10 years ago and now on my 3rd Acura, Dan, as General Manager was instrumental in obtaining a 2016 Acura RLX Spo Dan Morris sold me my 1st Acura over 10 years ago and now on my 3rd Acura, Dan, as General Manager was instrumental in obtaining a 2016 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid Advance per my requested specifications. I have pursued this car for nearly three years. It is rare, difficult to access and difficult to obtain. But Dan engaged Acura leadership and made my sought after RLX Sport Hybrid a reality. Dan's involvement was exceptional.. I have never experienced such exceptional efforts from any car purchase in my lifetime. At one point I was about to give up obtaining this car and shopped other brands, but Dan and his staff at Crown Acura , especially Sales Rep Richard Morris, Service Advisor John Shaw and Tech Greg Muszynski all have developed personal relationships with me over the years. I could not walk away from that. So I am thrilled Dan was able to obtain the RLX Sport Hybrid for me. It keeps me in the Acura vehicle I so desired and keeps me in the Crown Acura Family. More

John Shaw Service Department I currently own a 2007 Acura TL & had to get the Hands Free Link replaced along with a belt and tension piece. John Shaw was very helpful during this visit and I continue to request him every time I visit Crown Acura because he treats me like family. Let me also say that I've been driving Acura's since 1992 when I got my first car, a 1992 Acura Integra. My sister had 2 Acura Integras 1995 & 1997. My husband bought me a 1999 Acura TL and I purchased my 2007 TL, which I continue to drive. All of these vehicles were purchased from Crown Acura and I will continue purchasing vehicles from them and having my Acura serviced their. After 23 years of excellent service and support, I highly recommend this dealership, service department and John Shaw to everyone. More

He kept my 2004 MDX running wonderfully and reliably for many years and that was the main reason I stayed with Acura when I was ready to downsize and get into a lower mileage car.
