I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

I own a 2003 Acura, bought it from Crown Acura in Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw really "stepped up to the plate" to assist in getting it repaired in a short period of time and assisted in the paperwork to keep my costs reasonable. One could not find a better Service Department then the one supported by Crown Acura and the fine Service Writers. More

Just returned home with my new Acura TL. I had a very rewarding experience with Crown Acura. This is my third Acura and the reason is due to several people at Crown Acura. First, my salesman, Chris Duncanson is a true professional who knows how to treat people. He totally understands my needs and then applies his expertize to make them materialize. He's fair and treats you makes you feel truly appreciated. It always a pleasure dealing with Chris, and you know you'll get a the best deal possible with him. I left elated over my latest purchase. The closing was handled by Sue Ellen Rumple. She makes a very complicated process very easy. She is easy to deal with and takes through the paperwork with expertize and confidence. The other reason I keep coming back to Crown Acura is John Shaw, in the service dept. John is a true professional who cares about you and your car. I have never brought any of my autos anywhere but to Crown Acura. I know my car has been serviced by the best and it gives you a feeling of confidence when you drive your auto. The service staff at Crown Acura is excellent. I changed dealerships over 5 years ago because a friend highly recommended the service department at Crown Acura. I was introduced to John Shaw at my first vi dealerships over 5 years ago because a friend highly recommended the service department at Crown Acura. I was introduced to John Shaw at my first visit and he has been my service manager ever since. John has always provided me with acurate quotes for my service with no surprises. He always provides me with a thorough explanation of the sevice performed and gives recommendations when it is appropriate. John is the consummate professional.
