I thought that was a genuine sign that this dealership is different. I was then happily greeted by John Williams who once again had wonderful suggestions for a new vehicle. He took in to account my list of needs, and rather than encouraging me to spend more money, led me to a beautiful new CR-V. I was in my new vehicle and on my way home after a short time. We went to Hagerstown Honda to buy our third vehicle in the the last twenty years. John Williams was so easy to work with. He listen to us and understood our concerns and was the most helpful, friendly a the the last twenty years. John Williams was so easy to work with.
