Hi Bob Please call me at the store to discuss. I know Bob Fahey had sent photos to General Motors of the newly installed seat covers and they said the seats appearance are as designed and what they should be with a seat cover replacement. If you have an upholstery company that you believe could get it more to what we be satisfactory to you , please get a reasonable quote from them to adjust it or reinstall and I would be happy to cover the cost if that would make you happy. Your dealership has repair orders on file every time I brought vehicle back to fix the leather seats front passenger and driver side. Keep in mind the first time I brought it back they replaced the driver's side seat, but the problem was with the passenger side seat. The Installation of leather seats were poorly installed. they are loose and passenger side seat has the same crease in it as when I brought it back the first time. Bob the service director told me they would probably never be able to make it look like when it came from the factory. I shouldn't have to go through this again, but I will. The only thing I ask is if Colonial Chevrolet cannot rectify the problem will you have an auto upholstery company fix the problem. I don't believe that's asking too much. Last time I was there for oil change they were not able to download my new fob so I would like that done also. Thanks Robert DiTucci Somerville, MA. 02143 617-797-3942
