As always I had a great service with the service department. I had gotten there early and they took me in and was very nice and helpful. I told my service person sorry didn't remember is name. I’ve had all work, including inspections, done on my now 10 yr old Subaru Outback at 5 Star Subaru, since they came to town. As everyone else says, they are professional, courteous, and calm. The building and waiting area is clean and comfortable. Everything just feels well managed and under control. This recent visit was a big one for me: new tires, alignment, 60,000 mile interval scheduled maintenence, AND an inspection. But I think they are reasonable, and have certainly earned my trust! More
