Saleman Fantastic / Finance Dept - unsatisfied I found the car I wanted to test drive online. I came into the dealership asking for a salesman and Johnny greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. I found the car I wanted to test drive online. I came into the dealership asking for a salesman and Johnny greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. I shared with him what I had seen online and what my interest was. It was extremely cold and Johnny went to get the car and pulled it up front for me. He went with me for my first test drive and I shared with him what I needed to happen to purchase the vehicle. He helped me tremendously and again, he went above and beyond with his kindness and helping me with any questions that I might have. My one and only bad experience I had was the finance dept. I have great credit and don't for a minute believe that 4% was the lowest I could get when J Pauley Toyota had agreed to finance me a Corolla for 2%. I shared this with Mike and he said I was wrong. I also asked what my payments would be several times in the course of him having me sign papers and he didn't tell me until the very end. I did get my payments exactly where I wanted them, but unhappy with the interest rate. My over all experience was great and I would of given Johnny a 10 star and will certainly tell referrals to ask for him. More

Introduced us to Johnny Durham that we made a deal with on a 2012 Buick Enclave. The sales team, finance person, and service center were great!!! Detailed car and fixed the air conditioner before we left and made sure vehicle working perfectly and detailed with full tank of gas. Before we left Chauntel Terry got in SUV with us and showed us how to work everything. Adjusted driver seat and connected phone to Buetooth and set up Onstar for us. She discovered air confining problem and set up with service to fix it before we left. Everyone we came in contact was great. Wish I had all the names!!! Excellent experience.
