This a very busy very friendly dealership. I had problems getting an appointment. I made an appointment online and it was confirmed but when I got there I didn’t have one so I made another app I had problems getting an appointment. Envision Ford of Oxnard took care of my Mustang GT Premium car for its first service and oil change. They got me out of there in under the time estimated. I had a relaxing working morning in the lounge with the snacks but I wish someone kept up with the popcorn machine. There was none left when I get there and it was early. The lounge could benefit from electrical outlets for people to charge their phones or tables to work from on our laptops. I had a good battery life but getting wifi and a connection would have made my time there flawless. More
