New vehicle I had an issue with the heater in my Trax that I leased in April. Jon went above and beyond helping me get out of my lease and into a different vehicl I had an issue with the heater in my Trax that I leased in April. Jon went above and beyond helping me get out of my lease and into a different vehicle. When it's 20 below you need heat. I am very happy with the Equinox he let me use till they figured everything out and eventually leased it. He kept me informed of what was going on. I would recommend Gateway to anyone. More

Friendly, knowledgeable, negotiable staff. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by Stas. He made sure to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle and where we felt comfortable When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by Stas. Between him and the manager, they were able to help us get the price to where we needed (and stayed way past hours to help us do so). We left that night in a new vehicle! More
