Great service experience I called up for a check engine light. I got an appointment when it was convenient for me. There happened to be snow in the forecast for that day. I got there early, they dealt with the problem and got me out just before the snow started. While there, I was able to use the WiFi to work, and enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee. All in all, a great experience. More

Jon was very inviting in his conversation , he was down to earth and treated me as a individual not a invoice on his desk. Jon is extremely efficient and thorough . And really cares about the customers wallet. I will stay with Colonial VW for as long as I have my car, with this kind of service department I believe that's going to be a long time!
