You need to take the Vehicle you plan on buying two another garage to have them go through it because these guys will not reveal anything to you. My fault for not doing that. Did everything over the phone hoping to make a quick Transaction but they still dubbed around for an hour and a half just so you get tired of waiting and sign the paperwork without ever reading anything over. Be careful of that also. Again my fault but I would be very careful with this bunch. They do a real crappy job of cleaning up the rig before they give it to you which is why I did everything over the phone open that it would be a tongue cleaner than it was. Made a deal in writing and they didn’t honor it when I got there.” I misunderstood the deal” like I said just gotta watch them. More

They worked hard to meet my needs with financing and helped me get exactly what I wanted. 3.5 weeks in the truck had a lock with Tim's Truck Capital. They worked hard to meet my needs with financing and helped me get exactly what I wanted. 3.5 weeks in the truck had a locked caliper and a shake. They took it in and fixed it right away under warranty, and even provided a loaner car. Everyone from sales to service has been excellent to work with, especially Amber in the service department! I would absolutely recommend them, and will be returning to them for my next vehicle. More

I purchased a high mileage Tacoma. Not a great deal but probably the going rate for trucks nowadays. The service department kept it for a week to do some work on it. Truck was delivered with a 60 inspection sticker so I brought it in to my local shop. To my dismay the mechanic found a number of things wrong with the truck; some pretty pricey repairs needed. My initial gut reaction is that I was being ripped off. I was pretty upset. I contacted Jon in sales and he said "Bring it in, we'll work this out." So I took it to the service dept. not feeling real good about things. Bill there was pretty gruff at first but I left the truck. I picked it up this morning. All the necessary work had been done: ball joints, steering shaft, rear brakes, and more. Plus a new sticker. No charge. Zero. Needless to say I feel pretty good about Tim's Truck Capital right now. One thing: if I did it again I would have had the truck checked out by a trusted mechanic before purchase. That would have saved everyone a lot of trouble. More
