Awesome job by Heather My first visit to your service department was outstanding! I have a Rogue purchased from a different dealer that the second key didn't work. I was p My first visit to your service department was outstanding! I have a Rogue purchased from a different dealer that the second key didn't work. I was prepared to pay the 84.00 to reprogram it but you all found the only problem was the battery was installed upside down. You could have just not told me and charged me but you didn't. I respect that. Plus Heather took the time to explain the key to me. I shall be back because of the great service. More
