I don't believe I've ever got on a business website and left a bad review until now . Read along everyone. I'm interested in buying a new 4 runner . My wife and I went to jerrys so we could test drive and left a bad review until now . Read along everyone. I'm interested in buying a new 4 runner . My wife and I went to jerrys so we could test drive and make sure it's what we wanted . After the drive we went in with salesman , we talked numbers and they hit me with some xx 64,000 otd price which I said no . 30 seconds later it was 56k but we went home as it was late and I was done for the evening. The salesman and i stayed in contact and he asked me what I had decided . Honestly enough I told him I need to be at 54k otd and if it can't happen I will understand and let's not waste each other's time. He then proceeded to ask when I wanted to come in . The wife and I came in shortly after opening on labor day morning . I was denied the 54k and also the original 56k was off the table as well ..... our time was wasted and I was highly annoyed as I kept it completely transparent with the salesman the entire time just to be drug in there on my only day off to be slapped in the face . I angrily reminded them it was a prime example of why car salesman are hated. They didn't deserve my money, they don't deserve yours either . More

Just beware. The internet price advertised on external websites won’t apply if you bring your own financing. We had financing approved but because we didn’t use Toyota Motor Credit, the price of the car websites won’t apply if you bring your own financing. We had financing approved but because we didn’t use Toyota Motor Credit, the price of the car suddenly went up $6000. Direct quote from Matt: “We can sell our cars for however much we want.” That may be true, but that doesn’t mean you get to use bad business practices and mislead people. When we met with the salesman (Jon R.), he didn’t even give us the numbers he was running through our finance company, just ran it through with the price hiked up and add ons. He also didn’t tell us the value of our trade before running the application through to our lender. He just basically came back and said “Nope.” And then after a call to our finance company, I found out it was because the numbers were much higher than what they were willing to finance the car at. Really disappointed. Past car buying experiences with other dealers have been really good - but not this time with Jerry’s. Salespeople either have poor communication skills or are just smug that buyers are at a disadvantage right now. Chad was the only person there who was even remotely professional and helpful. Will not return to this dealership in the future. More

I would like to personally thank Jon Reiner at Jerry’s Toyota for his superb professionalism and outstanding customer service in assisting me with my recent purchase of a 2021 Toyota 4 Runner Nightshade E Toyota for his superb professionalism and outstanding customer service in assisting me with my recent purchase of a 2021 Toyota 4 Runner Nightshade Edition! Jon worked extremely hard to find me the exact 4Runner I wanted, (with all its amenities) and had it shipped to Maryland the very next day. Jon made me feel at home at Jerry’s and I loved his ‘ ‘No pressure’ style of sales. I will definitely be recommending Jon Reiner and Jerry’s Toyota to my friends and family! Thanks again! More

recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Jerry’s. Within the first couple of days I realized the muffler was rubbing against the mud flap and melted it. I immediately contacted the Jon and brought in Within the first couple of days I realized the muffler was rubbing against the mud flap and melted it. I immediately contacted the Jon and brought in as soon as possible. We recognized that the muffler was disconnected from a rubber holder which was too hot to deal with that night. He agreed to order a mud flap and have the service dept reconnect the muffler when the mud flap arrived. Today was that appointment, about 3 weeks from the sale. When returning the vehicle the service department mentioned the exhaust pipe was bent. I asked that it be fixed. That caused about a lot of discussion between Jon, manager, and service department. The end result is they assumed I dented the tail pipe and refused to fix it. Now maybe I should have caught it the day I drove off the lot, but I didn’t. As soon as I noticed it, I contacted them. The night I met with the Jon, I should have insisted a manager agree to fix what ever was going on. It is my opinion they should fix the tail pipe. The end result is Jerry’s nor Jon will get any of my business going forward. More
