I have been taking my 2012 Chevy Volt to this dealer for 3-4 years after previously taking it to a different dealer. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle and Jonathan has been exceptional in assisting 3-4 years after previously taking it to a different dealer. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle and Jonathan has been exceptional in assisting with all issues. He has always handled every concern properly. He is courteous, kind and efficient! Definitely a great asset for this dealership and the reason I continue take it here. More

I took off work to have my transmission checked 1 week appointment in advance. I got there & service rep told me your transmission guy was booked & had 18 cars in front of me. So I only got my oil chgd & appointment in advance. I got there & service rep told me your transmission guy was booked & had 18 cars in front of me. So I only got my oil chgd & rotate tires, to make use of my day there. I don’t have other days to take off to come back. U guys wasted my time. I’m going elsewhere. More
