First time getting service here. Excellent customer service from initial phone call to schedule appointment through pickup once completed. Worst experience ever. Sold me a defective used car. Luckily, it still had a warranty with Maserati and they determined that it was, in fact, defective when sold to me. The warranty from Maserati covered the repairs that Grieco was trying to charge me $7k for. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem and accused me of causing it, one day after they sold me the car. Again, they knowingly sold me a car with multiple issues and refused to fix their mistakes. Would never buy another vehicle from any Grieco dealership ever again. More

While I was very happy with the service center employees , I am dissatisfied with Chevrolet’s standing behind the Chevrolet product. My front drivers seat is peeling and was informed that was “normal wea , I am dissatisfied with Chevrolet’s standing behind the Chevrolet product. My front drivers seat is peeling and was informed that was “normal wear”. I feel a car that has 18,000 miles in two years should not have the front seats peeling. Will think twice before buying another Chevrolet product as a result of poor customer service. More
