I called him today at 11:30 inquiring on a certain vehicle which didn’t work out but he found equivalent car and had it waiting for me warmed up. He was a very personable sales person who didn’t give any kind of hassle he made the experience very nice. He was waiting on me to come back from my bank to close the deal. Fast, easy experience - Love my 2017 Buick Encore I am so happy I gave Patrick Buick GMC a chance. I had to turn in a Nissan lease and was trying to stay within a particular budget. After no luck from I am so happy I gave Patrick Buick GMC a chance. I had to turn in a Nissan lease and was trying to stay within a particular budget. After no luck from other dealers, Jonathan Collister - who is so knowledgable and sweet - helped me get exactly what I wanted and within my budget. Everything was wrapped up with a day and I love my new blue 2017 Buick Encore! The finance department -Dave Brick and Terry - were amazing too. And Mark H. also took some time to show me some cool features in the Encore. Honestly, it was one of the quickest and easiest car finding experiences I've ever had. I told Jon from the get go, this is what I need and this is what I can afford - if you can't do it, let's not waste each others time. And he get back to me with a straight answer within minutes. Never tried to sell or push anything on me. I can't give him enough stars!! <3 More

A great trip to Patrick. Coming into Patrick I was stressed out and sick of car shopping. I was very honest and forward with Jonathan as to what I wanted.
